ROLE DESCRIPTION:Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic sales professional interested in helping customers manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams through meaningful conversations.  As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position.  WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Base Pay of $40,000 - $48,000 annually. Generous Commission & Bonus Structure, with OTE $65,000 - $70,000 in year one  Potential to earn $75,000 - $92,000 by year two. We use intentional goal setting, practice, and team building to establish successful habits for both your career and life.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop in-bound leads from inception of interest to closing the sale using proven systems and processes.  Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Work with the agent to establish and meet business development goals.
