ROLE DESCRIPTIONBradley Purcell - State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic professional interested in helping customers manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams through meaningful conversations. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and compassion equip you for this versatile position. This is a customer care position; your role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience for our existing customers. This is not a sales role. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Base Pay of $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement for full-time team members (up to $300/month)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing excellent customer service Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Resolving customer concerns Investigating and resolving customer concerns or issues by identifying the root cause, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offering product or service information Providing accurate and up-to-date information about State Farm's products or services to customers and assisting with their purchasing decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and addressing their needs.
- Empathy and patience Customer care representatives should have the ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns and remain patient, even in challenging situations.
- Problem-solving abilities The ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively is crucial. Customer care representatives should be resourceful and able to think critically to find solutions.
- Positive attitude and professionalism Maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations, is crucial for providing excellent customer service.
- Technical skills Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, email systems, and other relevant software applications is often required.
- Adaptability and flexibility The customer care landscape is constantly evolving, so being adaptable and open to change is essential.
- Licensing Must hold/obtain CA and AZ Property & Casualty and Life/Health licensing prior to start date.
